Mark Hirschhorn

A principled senior executive with a history of success driving business growth for software, telehealth, and telecommunications companies, Mark Hirschhorn brings more than 35 years of operational and financial leadership experience to his role as CEO of TapestryHealth. He joined the virtual/on-site primary care provider's board of directors in 2020 and was appointed CEO in 2022 to help scale the company via business expansion and diversification. Throughout his 35+ year career, Mark Hirschhorn has managed more than 45 business acquisitions, directed negotiations for credit facilities, and oversaw negotiations with all relevant parties for three IPOs.

In addition to Tapestry, Mark Hirschhorn has telehealth leadership experience with Talkspace and Teladoc Health. He spent nearly two years as president and chief operating officer (COO) at Talkspace before joining Tapestry and was COO and chief financial officer (CFO) at Teladoc from 2012 to 2019. During this time, Mark Hirschhorn completed and fully integrated six acquisitions, raised $65 million in private capital, and launched a successful IPO as well as multiple secondary offerings. He also served as a company spokesperson at various investment banking and telehealth industry events.

Mark Hirschhorn served as CFO and executive vice president at RCS/Media Monitors for eight years before joining Teladoc. In addition to creating and implementing its first comprehensive global budgeting and cash forecasting program, he oversaw all financial, legal, HR, and IT operations and negotiated terms for the company's sale to IHeartRadio in 2006. He has also worked in executive roles for Datatec Systems, Inc., BT Radianz, Ltd., and RSL Communications, Ltd. He got his start as a senior manager with Deloitte, an international public accounting tax and consulting firm.

A graduate of Rutgers University, Mr. Hirschhorn holds an MBA in finance and accounting as well as a Bachelor of Arts in political science from the school. His extracurricular interests include outdoor recreation activities, including cycling, tennis, and alpine climbing.
